Jack Burton

With a background in Health Psychology & Clinical UX, Jack specialises in the UX of digital health solutions. He is a UX Researcher by trade, using his skills to understand the interactions that patients and clinicians have with digital health products and services. Jack uses the insights from his research to drive evidence-based, people-centred design that can improve outcomes for all affected by a digital health solution.

Completing an MSc in Health Psychology provided him with the tools for a successful career in research, but his passion for digital health design led him to a career in UX. Jack is especially interested in Digital Therapeutics, Behaviour Change Design, and Public Health, and he is passionate about improving access to quality healthcare for all.  

To date, Jack has worked across the UK public sector with health organisations such as DHSC & the NHS, and the commercial sector for pharmaceutical organisations including CSL Behring, Pfizer, & Astellas. He currently works for Kainos as a Senior User Researcher, where he is working on a project to design a digital national preventative care service for CVD in England.
